The “Mastering Science Fundamentals for Experiential Based Classroom” course aims to equip educators with the skills to employ innovative and student-centered pedagogies for teaching scientific concepts.
Participants will analyze various teaching methods to identify their advantages and disadvantages and practice techniques to make science learning engaging and enjoyable. The course emphasizes developing skills in scientific inquiry, enabling educators to design and conduct investigations, evaluate
evidence, and draw conclusions. Educators will also learn strategies for teaching abstract concepts effectively, create lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards, and communicate scientific ideas through various methods. Additionally, the course covers diverse assessment techniques to evaluate students’ understanding of scientific concepts and provide meaningful feedback.
