We take a systemic approach to introduce change in schools, communities and youth. Our interventions are grounded on rigorously considered program Theory of Change (TOC)and Theory of Action (TOA).

For each of our programs, our defined TOC answers why we expect change to happen and, through a series of ‘If, then’ statements, how and why change occurs. On the other hand, TOA demonstrates what the program does and how interventions are constructed to eventually trigger the TOC.
