Welcome to the SSEF Foundation
The Samina Saad Education
Foundation was established to
honor the legacy of Samina Saad,
who was an excellent team leader,
a master trainer and above all a
teacher.
She had dedicated her life to the
cause of holistic School
Improvement such as teacher
development, programs for
students, developmental goals and
more, across Pakistan.
Through this foundation we hope
to continue her legacy
Our Approch
- We take a systemic approach to introduce change in schools, communities and youth. Our interventions are grounded on rigorously considered program Theory of Change (TOC)and Theory of Action (TOA).
- For each of our programs, our defined TOC answers why we expect change to happen and, through a series of ‘If, then’ statements, how and why change occurs. On the other hand, TOA demonstrates what the program does and how interventions are constructed to eventually trigger the TOC.

Our team
Asif Saad
Asif Saad is a strategy consultant who has worked at various C-level positions for national and multinational corporations. Asif has spent almost 30 years as a corporate executive in various industrial sectors in Pakistan. He now works as an adviser to companies and their boards on strategy and governance.
Nur Ali Tejani
Nur Ali Tejani is the Director and CEO of LearnTech.pk (Private) Limited. He is also an Executive Director and Partner of LearnIn. He is also working as Consultant, Educational and Digital Technology with University of Central Asia (Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan). Nur Ali is currently visiting faculty at Iqra University
Arshia Usmani
Arshia Usmani is the CEO of the Samina Saad Education Foundation currently working on pro-bono basis In 2019, she retired from teaching at C.A.S. School following over 14 years of experience as a teacher and an academic coordinator. Within this capacity she handled complete day-to-day educational
Raheela Siraj
Raheela Siraj is a Sr. Manager, Education Projects and Business Development at LearnTech.pk since January 2016. She is a validated trainer of British Council to deliver Connecting Classroom Core Skills training to teachers and leaders.
Hasnain R. Badami
Hasnain R. Badami is a social entrepreneur, an edtech enthusiast with a strong practical background in Learning & development. Professionally, he is a trainer, a teacher, an OD consultant with 15 years of experience in Finance

Danish Noorani is a qualified Chartered Accountant with cumulative experience of 20+ years in auditing, compliance, internal audit, finance, accounting, project management, and training & development
