Our approach
We take a systemic approach to introduce change in schools, communities and youth. Our interventions are grounded on rigorously considered program Theory of Change (TOC)and Theory of Action (TOA).
For each of our programs, our defined TOC answers why we expect change to happen and, through a series of ‘If, then’ statements, how and why change occurs. On the other hand, TOA demonstrates what the program does and how interventions are constructed to eventually trigger the TOC.
The Samina Saad Education Foundation was established to honor the legacy of Samina Saad, who was an excellent team leader, a master trainer and above all a teacher.
Samina Saad
She had dedicated her life to the cause of holistic School Improvement such as teacher development, programs for students, developmental goals and more, across Pakistan.
Through this foundation we hope to continue her legacy.
